including on site. Nor do we believe in outsourcing support services that our customers
have trusted us to provide to a call centre.
Instead, we believe support should be both comprehensive and delivered by experienced
staff who are intimately familiar with, and qualified in the products they support.
Adam Phones is a Research In Motion accredited BlackBerry Alliance Partner, and
we employ a dedicated Microsoft Certified in-house team to support and manage all
aspects of our customer’s wireless voice and data solutions.
Our technical support teams don't just provide support. They'll also play a consultative
role in the evaluation, selection and implementation of any new installation or
migration project, including pre-event documentation.
Customers are assigned a dedicated Account Manager, equipped with a thorough understanding
of their business and intimate working knowledge of all aspects of the wireless
solution being utilised.
